Creating a premium editorial brochure to introduce the practice to prospective clients
Designing a bespoke brochure for BARC Architects, bringing the studio's new visual identity to life through considered editorial design.
Client: BARC Architects
What I did: Brochure design, editorial layout, typography, image selection and art direction
Role: Creative Director & Designer (Freelance)
As part of the wider rebrand of BARC Architects, I designed a bespoke brochure to introduce the practice, showcase its architectural projects and guide prospective clients through the process of working together.
The editorial approach combined generous white space, refined typography and a warm, earthy colour palette with carefully selected architectural photography. I developed a considered layout that balanced inspiring project imagery with clear, accessible information, creating a sophisticated yet approachable introduction to the studio.
The photography followed the visual direction I established within the wider brand guidelines, with an emphasis on natural light, architectural details, material textures and the people behind the practice. This ensured the brochure felt cohesive with the new identity while giving the imagery space to tell the story.
Result: A versatile piece of marketing collateral that brought the brand to life in a tangible, engaging format.
